    The flower is definitely petasides japonicus! See my former link in this section with photos. Kirsten got it right!

    Yes, the last one is definitely Leycesteria formosa , also called Himalayan Honeysuckle. I grows like a weed but is easy to control although it will self-seed where you don't want it. I like it though!:thmb:
