I agree. I was going out to take pics until I saw the one of the canoeist and the "is it a fox?" and the one of the sunset. They're worth thousands of pounds. There's others not far behind as well. Gobsmacked.

 

Go for it!!!
You never know when the opportunity for a good photo will arise , so going out with your camera could quite easily result in a brilliant shot. Time,light,place and luck are important factors though they'll count for nothing if you don't have your camera with you.
I've had very little time available for photography this year, but a week away allowed me a few hours to wander with the camera. The canoeist was a lucky shot as he appeared while I was looking for shots of riverside Autumn foiliage. The sunset shot was a really lucky one as it was taken when I was heading down to the loch to grab a standard sunset shot and spotted two boys and their dad just in the right place to add a bit of context and interest - it was just one of about 90 shots I took that evening.

 

Well done Loli - a great imaginative choice of subject for November.
