Monty Don ..New gardening program...

What I liked about tonight programme was that even though you could see he doubted the wisdom of the some of the planting in the Portuguese garden, he tried to make it work for them.
Don't think I have the confidence to put my garden up for his judgement though, I learnt tonight my thriving herbs are in the wrong place and I have broken rules all over the place. Think I would be put in delinquent gardeners corner! He would probably end up traumatised lol!

 

I have set the tv to record this tonite...I thought it would of been on BBC i player but its not..

 

I've just tried it on Iplayer AB and it's on now

I spotted this programme the other night and set it to tape just waiting for a chance to catch up and watch it, should be a great inspiration for my ongoing project.

I love WDYTYA too it often makes you see people in a different light. Enjoyed the Jeremy Paxman episode for that very reason. The USA version can be interesting too, if anyone saw Brooke Shields' lineage, it was gobsmacking!

 

Finally managed to watch this today...I thought it was good..Monty sure goes in all guns blazing..what a bonus the 1st house having all those apple tree's and not even knowing they were their...what a difference after taking down all those tree's...I was not so keen on the Portuguese garden i think too much shingle about the garden,Even monty said so himself lol..Can't wait to see tonights episode
