Good idea Lady....Best sit in the warm and wait for Kandy to post more wonderful pictures Stunning!!!

 

It is Mr Kandy you have to thank,he is the one with the best camera and biggest Zoomer :D

 

We have a nice clear sky just now - so I've taken a pic of the moon with my mobile - hope to add to it over the next few hours if conditions permit...

 

That's brilliant Dendi,It would be nice to think that many members from GC will all be outside to whitness this spectacular sight

 

Hope so too! Fingers crossed for good clear skies....

 

Just had a look, and the sky is crystal clear at the moment.

If I hadn't already had a wee glass of wine, I would have driven a couple of miles of of town to our favorite sky-spotting-spot to see what happens! Ho hum, will just have to peer through the streetlit glow (and my own heavy eyelids!)

LoL,It was great because we had the sun setting on one side and the moon rising on the other.We didn't know which one to go for first,and the big zoomer came from the lips of another member on here,I was just repeating it :D

We are watching march of the penquins on a DVD at the moment...stunning filming and lots of lovely snow :D

 

9.30 pm - and it's starting to go! The bottom left hand side is getting shadowy! (my son just called me through to see!)

beautiful clear night,moon is shining right across the sea its a perfect night for it.started here about 15mins ago
