Moon Eclipse

Some really good pictures everyone, for some reason I couldn't get mine to focus properly and I think it was over exposed, other than that it was OK.
i think I need some lessons. :D :D

Glen,great photo's and you captured some stars as well like us.Which part of the Peak District did you visit?.That is one of our favorite areas for walking in

Kandy, I was in the car park at Burbage bridge along with about 20 other people! I'm lucky in that its only about 10 mins drive from my house into the Peak so its an easy escape from the rat race.

 

Amazing photos, everyone! It's great to have all this to remind us of such an excellent view we were lucky enough to get last night!

 

Hate to admit it, but I was so knackered yesterday I decided to go to bed 9.30pm and sod the moon! As I went out to kiss my Brugmansia seelings good night I looked at the moon and just saw what I thought was the end of it all (someone said it was supposed to start at 8pm so I presumed I had missde it) I went to bed, but did not sleep and at 10.45pm got up and looked through the bedroom window to see it all in full glory - such a fantastic clear night.
