:dh:Oops forgot to say, I do go out & do something most days, sometimes only a couple of things, then another day I will get totally stuck in. Just depends what has to be done & what the weather is really... If the suns out then I go for it... :dh: I love to play in the greenhouse though whatever the weather, but even there not allot just now....:)

I've always wanted that at my funeral but in-house advisor says no:(, don't suppose I would hear it anyway:), just thought it would make 'em laugh as some think I am a miserable old s*d:D.

I don't have much to do in my garden this time of year, that's because I don't have much of a garden.:(
I have 40,000 polys, pansies, stocks, myosotis (forget-me-nots) and Bellis (daisies)
at work to send out to the parks so I am sick of the sight of them.:D

I had typed a LONG, petical and articulate reply to this, then my cat walked on the laptop on her way to a warm spot of the sofa, and posted it off into the blue :(

Not up to writing all that again, but anyway, just enjoy the season for what it is, even if all you feel like is to curl up into a woolen nest and sleep. There is much happiness in wool and sleep ;)

The seasons don't stop my rythym I have my lightbox and propagator so carry on growing throughout the year,I carry on cycling and keeping fit out on the bike or on the trainer, which is in the polytunnel amongst the plants, the stargazing comes to the fore with the longer darker nights,I catch up with some reading the list goes on.

Well you have all made me feel that I should get off my backside!!! Lets hope it's dry this weekend and I'll empty my pots and plant my bulbs! Feel free to scold me next week if I haven't !!!

I am still getting plenty of outdoor time (3 walks a day with the dog) it's just the gardening that has gone off the boil....

I find that the cold and the wind and the dark dampen my enthusiasm somewhat. The nights drawing in limits the time I can get out.
Nasturtiums are still flowering though which is nice :)
