Mouse problem eek!

    Many thanks, I did not know that, but yes they go a fair distance, I metal detect as a hobby, and the land is a good 20 miles away.

      I cleared 6 mice out of my greenhouse when I put the heating on and started putting stuff in there about a month ago, but left traps sets ready for any new intruders, 4 on the staging and 4 on the floor which I thought should be more than adequate.

      A few days ago all 4 traps on the floor had a mouse in, next morning 1 more, next morning a 6th mouse, so they don't always arrive singly. Six mice getting into trays/pots of seeds can cause a lot of damage. There was also an empty, sprung trap the last time, so there could be more.

      We use humane traps and give the mice a holiday to the fields in the next village. :)

        Get a Jack Russell like me I prefer rats but mice will do;)
