For any fans of the Swedish Wallander on BBC4.

This is the closing music. It grows on you.

I've a mint 7" unplayed single of this "Double "A" side" coming from Germany in a few days, for the "Big Band Swing" section of my smaller jukebox. Cost me ten quid, including postage, but I think worth it.

      Edit.

      It's arrived!

This is an interesting piece of information on the black notes on the piano - and a good bit of singing. :thumb:

I don't think it is as good as Elvis's version or even Ral Donner's - but I prefer it to the Bobby Vee version :)

Hi, newbie here hence the dumb question. I noticed that in earlier posts there were posts with embedded links to youtube (ie you could play the song while remaining in this forum), but in later posts there were just links to youtube. Has the earlier posts been created when the facility to embed was abailable and has it been taken away ?

If not, how do you do it ?

Hello paulr and welcome to the forum.

For a time we were able to post as you say but then we reverted to the old method ... I don't know why .... at first I thought it was just me in Portugal as I seemed to have the difficulty first (and sometimes I haven't got access to links as they are not licensed for here) ... but then .....

I might have posted this before but someone's posted a better copy on YouTube.

Just shows some of the stars of the forties were a bit more versatile than some of today's.
I'm impressed that the girl playing the alto sax can "make it sound like a tenor," but that's "show business."
