My Acer is Threadbare.

    Thanks folks. [​IMG] We have another too a lot smaller. The large one does howeverget a bit scorched in full sun when it's been in leaf for quite a while I seem to recall. Is it getting too much sun do you think?

    Japanese maples in pots need watering more often and are inclined to show leaf scorch more than those in the ground
    You could always buy it an umbrella for those very few days when it actually gets warm [​IMG]

    [​IMG] Lol..I went to a shop today to replace my Acer and it will cost Ã?£15 for a straddly one...think I will nurse my baby and get it back somehow..maybe I will buy another one because they are gorgeous and give wonderful contrasts.As for the brolly...Mines got a brewery sign all over it..will that matter... [​IMG]
