    Gardeners Delight here,and our first four at lunch were lovely and sweet [​IMG]
    Just a 5.5.10 liquid feed and plenty if water.

    we picked four on sunday and more have ripened since..i am quite pleased with them this year ..and i dont fuss over them i just give them comfrey food..and hack away at them when they grow too large..i have loads to come ..i am now inspired to grow some next year from the heritage seeds..hope i can find enough drainpipes to tie them all too.. [​IMG]

    Well I only grow cherry tomatoes so they are small of course, and I always count them as I pick them each day and record it on the calendar.

    Just checked the monthly total....188 ;)

    Dag at least you have ended up with some, mine are non existant got the flowers and nothing else, think i might pull them out they are taking too much room up in the pots :D

    This mornings harvest! 75 tomatoes, 4 varieties:

    Gartenperle (extreme left, red)
    Sungella largest and golden)
    Balcony red
    Balcony yellow

    Sungella disappointing in terms of flavour and tough skins!

    Dag they look ok to me, think i will just keep getting mine from the shops as mine are non existant. [​IMG]

    Just had the first fruit from my 'Dolce Rosso' [grown from Morrisons' tomato of that name]. At last a proper tomato taste. I'll concentrate on that next year for small tomatos.
    Dag, what a beautiful crop!
    Rosa, I think you've said you get bees on your balcony, so if you've got flowers the tomatoes should be on their way, just a bit slower because of your shade.
