    Hello @Sheal

Out of the many Plants in the Garden, to have just one that struggles is frustrating.

The replacement Sage Plant is due to be Delivered Tomorrow so I will see what happens.

I have Dug over the Area to dry out the Soil if needed but it does not look as though it needs it.

Do you think adding Mycorrhizal Fungi to the Planting Hole would help?

    Thanks

    Kevin

    Hi Kevin,

Sorry, I don't know anything about Mycorrhizal Fungi. It's not something I've ever considered using.

I would be inclined to try the Sage in the ground again but if it looks unhappy transfer it to a pot. Or, after the attempts you've made until now, abandon the idea of growing it - it's not worth the hassle.

        Hello all

        I hope you are well.

I have not Posted here since the End of June so I thought I would just Post an Update.

This is the Back Garden as of This Morning:

        2023-08-28_09-34-00-958.jpg

The Lawn continues to Grow but I am unable to Mow it until I am Cleared by my Doctor since I recently had Cataract Surgery on my Left Eye.

The Surgery was on 16 August so, hopefully, I should be able to resume Gardening soon.

As you can probably see, in the Photo, the New Purple Sage and Sage Icterina seem to have settled and are growing well, finally.

I have the New Entrance Doors being Fitted on Thursday, then I can start Saving towards the Garden Seating, again.

I am aiming to get the Garden Seating sorted in Time for the Nice Weather Next Year, unless anything else goes Wrong that is.

        Thanks

        Kevin

That's beautiful, Kevin! What a treat to see such happy, healthy plants :) You'll be able to spot the odd aphid at 500m now, too

            Hello @noisette47

Thanks, I am still adjusting to the New Vision in the Left Eye.

Apart from things being Clearer, at Distance, things are so much Brighter, especially Colours.

              Hi Kevin,

If you'll excuse the pun - your garden is a sight for sore eyes. :) It's lovely and has matured well.

I hope your eye surgery wasn't too stressful and it's well on the mend now.

              Hello @Sheal and All

              Thanks for the Replies.

Due to my Autism, I had the Cataract Surgery done under a General Anaesthetic.

Because of that, and because I Live alone, I had to stay in Hospital overnight.

The Surgery went well, I had No Pain or Discomfort which is always Good.

I am still Instilling Eye Drops, something that I do not relish, until 14 September.

Then, on 19 September, I have my Checkup with my Opticians to see how things are going.

If things are looking Good then I should be referred for Cataract Surgery on my Right Eye at which point I start things over.

I just wish I could get back in the Garden, the Lawns really need cutting.

              Thanks

              Kevin

                Hi Kevin,

I'm glad to hear your surgery went well. :)

Your eyes are more important than your lawns however frustrating it may be not to get them mowed. You will soon catch up.

                  Hello @Sheal

                  Thanks :)

A slight Tangent, but, I had the New Doors Fitted This Morning.

They are so much better and the House is already so much Warmer.

Now, I can move to the Next Large Item on the, Very, Long List, namely, the Garden Seating.

Hopefully, nothing else goes wrong between Now and March (ish) :wallbanging:

                  Thanks

                  Kevin

                    Hi Kevin,

I'm glad you're pleased with the new doors. :)

You're garden seating has been a long time coming. Let's hope it happens this time with nothing creating delay again.
