    thankyou cazlaz the wee lawnmowers are very entertaining trim the azaleas beautifully to :fingerdrum: thankyou jwk hmm im a bit of a tidy freak in the garden :o lol thankyou ziggys the rodents do squeak and the male sings and even does a wee dance for his girlies :hapfeet:

    oh and yes ziggy ive got a bit of a bamboo fetish :o only7 visible in the photos got another 14 i think :heehee:

      Love it! Especially the 'wee' lawnmowers - had a couple of those when my children were children.......... Like the unusual design work in the back garden.

      hehe thankyou barnaby,the wee lawnmowers or hairy hippies is there other name are great fun and do a far better job than my mower for the front grass :cry3:

      thankyou joolz68,that is an azaelia they all are well 2 rhodies,we love them and there perfume also they are to provide cover for the lawnmowers so they feel safer ( 2 of them were taken by our tawny owl :cry3:caught on cctv :OUCH:) we plan to add quite a few more around the lawnmower area especially around the area the 2 were taken from

      thats sad im sorry :cry3: the are sooo cute.... i need 50 to our lawn and i guess the fox would have a feast x can you take cuttings of the one you have or do you need to seed them?i love the colour :dbgrtmb:

      havent got a clue to be honest,but could get you 1,we use a specialist nursery (rare and unusual plants) only about £7.50 to £15 no idea about postage but usually fairly reasonable

        gorgeous ..all ur iris are,ive bought 1 from chesterfield market 2 week back,no flower thou,the lady told me to repot it and next yr chop the top off ?? does that sound right? she said it was yellow but il have to wait n see :) ive soo got to take pics of my garden tomo lol xx

        oh yellow flag ive millions of them and the variagated yellow flag,ive never chopped the tops of mine and they flower profusely but some people do chop the tops of ,they are a native wild flower up here ,if you want a decent clump your very welcome i`ll find photos of them as well as only 1 clump is opening its flowers so far and my other iris`s im a bit iris daft love them and lillies and ...plants in general :wub2:

          [​IMG] this is what i bought ruth ..looks nice and healthy at the moment :D but i have no idea where to plant it at mo,the second pond will be to the left on the photo,would it be alright planted by that when its done?? its sunny allday there so any advice is most welcome or should i leave it in a pot til next year ???

          oh your garden looks very interesting and big :thumbsup: oh lillies and hostas beautiful ,i dread to think how many lillies and varietys of lily i have :o ,id be very tempted to get them in the ground ,i have both lillies and hostas in shade ,full sun ,part sun etc and they all do amazing ,any idea which lily variety you bought will tell you if i have it :D and if its especially gorgeous,my lillium giganticum is due to flower this year cant wait for that to happen only flower once every 4-6 years :yahoo: photos will be a plenty

          oh is that a gunnera in the back ground mines very slow this year yours looks amazing
