my loquat tree is dying, please help!

Thank you Sal73, for me it is important this particular plant, not just any loquat.
i really hope it will survive!
by the way, in some sources they say you need to have female and male tree to get fruits. do you know about it?

 

Mariaka , to get fruit out of this plant you need a warm summer , the last time this plant had fruit was in the 2005 , there was a program on tv that actually showed some wild loquat around London .
get the westland plant rescue and move the plant in a different position , need light but maybe is too close to the heating system ....
