    Im Building an Aroubor Penny to Sit in with a Chimney and tiled roof :ideaIPB:

    complete with fire place & a few other bits n pieces eg bath stone corbull i got off Ziggy might add a window in the side or some more old iron work?? just see how it goes or wot i can find in the junk yards :WINK1:

    Nice 1 Loli Iv got it sussed the work men am going to load and my Sistor & Bro in law am coming to un/load and Barra them Around the back for me :dbgrtmb: just till my back is eaiser then iv got to Dress & Clean EVERY BRICK :gaah: But worth it :hapfeet:

      Nick, if you can get a pic of the mortar on the bricks or even describe it to me, chances are, with the exception of any cement re pointing, that it'll be lime mortar & will be really good for the veg patch:dbgrtmb:

        ile Do my best to do that still haveing trouble with my PC & The Pics Iv Done Something & Carnt still work out wot Iv Done :mad:

          I think this is such a nice story. I hope the old boy gets his brew in the finished arbour. And how nice of him to even ask it. Now you've got an extra reason to finish the job, and he gets to see something constructive and creative come out of it all.

                      You are the master of modesty, or the master of understatement. I've seen your photos. Your work is fantastic. I like the fact that the stuff you've built looks like its always been there, like when you're a kid and your exploring in the woods and you find something just 10 yards from the main path that nobody knew was there.

                        There is a Cheet in there For that Aged look All the Bricks Am old Reclaimed Bricks But off Diffrent jobs some come out of a chimney breast some out of skips a few from a friend who knocked down a wall to build a Garage etc etc

                        So Some Of the Bricks Varied in Colour

                        so after some searching i found a solution call liquid weather
                        Blends New and Old Bricks Stone Concrete and Tiles in 1 Application

                        IT Does Exatley As it Says On Bottle Iv used it on new modern stone planters makeing them look like iv had them years its water based and when it comes out the bottle is blue so was a little frightening :lunapic 130165696578242 5: i would recomend this suff to Any one
