Well done both of you. Welcome to the world of gardening.
Hopefully it will continue to give you a great deal of self satisfaction and pride, as well keep you well and content.
Gardening will teach you so much and introduce you to some wonderful people.
Remember to take time out to "stand and stare", sit and contemplate or study in detail and and wonder.

Your garden looks amazing @PassTheFox. What a transformation. You must be very pleased.
Now you’ve got the bug, it will be an ever evolving garden as you try new things or take out what doesn’t quite work. I know we do, and it’s very enjoyable. :)

Your comments are really resonating with me - the friendly and helpful gardening community, always having something to do, the joys of experimenting, learning and tweaking and remembering to take time to enjoy the garden.

Lately I've caught myself thinking "I can't wait to see it in spring" and then realise I should be appreciating it today!

You have completely transformed your garden! It’s hard to believe it’s the same one as in the first photos. The seating area looks very inviting, and you are surrounded there by your lovely garden. Seeing it in different seasons will be very interesting for you, and probably give you more plans!
