Glad to see you appreciate the connection, Dave! I like signatures and avatars to have something in common - does Mr T like cheese?? ;) (And I quite agree - NEVER mention the big marrow!

Mr T just has to look at milk and he can turn it into cheese - he's that hard! ;)

Glad you like it - a bit of photoshopping to get the black bands and avoid a s-t-r-e-t-c-h-e-d effect and I'm quite proud of it! ;)

Evening all - thought I'd update with a quick pic. The retaining wall is coming along and we have got our first palms in place. Still a lot more to do - can't stop..! [IMG]

Thanks LOL - thought you might appreciate the rendering on the walls! ;)

Probably not enough room for one of your artworks though! [IMG]

Could do a nice little border of flowers, a critter or two scampering along! Maybe even a gecko or lizard under the palms! [IMG] I've actually done mine 3D with plants going on the two side walls. Desperately needs a touch up due to sun fade but will take that project on in a couple of months when it's cooler. Will post new pic then.

You certainly have been very busy, love the flags and the colour. The best is yet to come finishing it off with lovely plants and i can see a nice table and chairs, then relax with your favourite drink [IMG] [IMG]

    Hello Dave,

I have a site www.landscapejuice.com and I would very much like to start a section on projects both professional and domestic.

Take a look at the site and if your interested perhaps you would like to contribute your piccy's?

That goes for anyone who would like to contribute.

    Any ideas welcome

BM can act as my agent (for the "commission" of a few palm cuttings or something! ;) )

If I have time I may knock something together - I definitely learned a few things whilst doing it that may be useful to someone else in the same position! :D

    Hello again Dave

Do you realise that what you are doing to your garden (and making a cracking job too) is adding value? House owners who want to sell up can make a packet by actually spending on a facelift just before they move.

I have written about this topic today on my site.

    http://www.landscapejuice.com/2006/08/landscaping_for.html#more

Anyone who is thinking of selling should consider my advice. The extra profit on your property will pay the moving costs and maybe a holiday after the exhausting work!

All the best and update us soon on progress please:)
