That one was incapable of honesty Zig. She was great fun though, even when she became my stalker after I'd called it off.

;) Oh clueless you have made my day... :heehee: Most people are content to grow Sempervivs' or moss on their shed roofs...! :loll: Not you... Strawberries are usually a messy lot so a good place up there... Looking forward to seeing the fruits of your labours.... :yay:

It doesn't end there. I intend to nail cut up bottles to the shed wall too. I'm going to run an experiment to see how productive I can make normally wasted space.

Found this article about companion planting for strawberries.

            http://strawberryplants.org/2010/06/strawberry-plants-borage/

It just so happens I have some borage seeds (fortunately they never made it to the box, so I still have them). I bought them just because I like the appearance of borage and it is good for the bumblebees. I had no idea it might also be a good companion plant for strawbs.

I had to look up Borage .... it was a "well blow me down with a feather!" moment.

I actually grew that last summer :dancy: All part of the wild flower seeds I scattered from a packet and hoped for the best with :heehee:

Bit blurry but you get the idea ....

:hapydancsmil: I've done something all "gardener-y" without even intending it: a self seeding patch :wub2:

                  Thank you, Zigs :)

Thanks, that's a very kind offer, but my dad has already said he's got some to spare, I just have to nip up to his allotment and get some:)
