    I guessed at a solar light at 10.42 last night and it obviously wasn't right because I didn't say it was for FISH! I thought solar lights were solar lights for people or fish or cats or dogs ..... that's the mystery, at least to me! :confused:

    I would have said a clock balance but mine are tubular rather than ball shaped.

    Some kind of ancient door bell or knocker?
