    Believe it or not there are still some very keen knitters around (me, for example). I don't only have like 6 kilos needles of all possible sizes hidden here and there, but a knitting machine as well !
    And I look forward to have more time to dedicate to the knitting.
    By the way, if anybody can recommend a good site where to buy some top class yarns like angora or merino, cashmere etc please post it...
    I do see the beauty of acrylic wools as well, but sheep know best how to keep warm...

    It belonged to my Mother.. who knitted at a hundred miles an hour,and used to make me laugh when she chanted.."Through,Over,Under,Off" in an effort to teach me. I add that I was nine years old and became quite good in fact, I came third in a school contest with my neck warmer! [​IMG] .. :D

    all my family are great knitters my sister, mother and grandmother used to knit all sorts guess what i,m useless with the needles, was always making mistakes used to pull them off the needles and my mother used to sit and put them all back on and finish it for me :D :D
