    Assuming the grey part is part of the yellow bit, could it be a circular eraser? The bit in the middle used to be metal, I think, and they were used to erase ink.

    Kedi-Gato says it's a bookend or the bottom of an ink stand.

    T'other half says an eraser or a papeweight.

    Can't find the mouse thread, Stingo but if you said "Windmill in Old Amsterdam" then you were right


    No LOL - the grey part is just background

    No Windy, but you could be a teeny weeny bit warm

    No Marge - doesn't run anything and doesn't turn at all.
