Okay, Dave, why are you taking a morse code thingy on hols with you?

 

So that when I get bored with lying about in the sun, I can set up my radio and chat to folk. I use morse because with the very low power I use on hols morse gets a lot further than using voice. It's also a lot of fun using very low power and simple equipment. I can also chat with friends back home and it doesn't cost a thing.

 

Dave, it was me and not K-G saying the above and we couldn't remember who was speaking at the time (me or she). We have only had a "few" G&Ts so we don't always know who we are ... if you know what I mean! :D :D :D
