I've got to say, Pal, you absolutely amaze me, even though I know you have everything! :D :D Have you actually got one?

This is a Portuguese coal iron ...

Got this at my local "pub" which we go to once a week / two weeks for lunch on shopping day, I might add. Didn't got today as they are closed for renovation ... in fact the owners were in Lidl when we were . I will put up a pic one day. They have a strange country store in it. Paid �£7 for it to use as a doorstop.

 

Pal guessed it ... in what two attempts ... unlike his two hundred for the washing machine! :D Maybe there is something in that .... hmmmmm ...

Ye, gads, if anyone wanted it I'd gladly give it away, it is such a dust collector here ...

 

Lady,I have a couple of the 'Flat' Irons,alas no 'Coal'Iron ones like that...unless

 

It weighs a tonne, well not quite, so couldn't post it so you'll have to come and collect it ..... :D

LofL are you using that iron? seems heavy to me.

 

FANCY ... I don't iron ... wear jeans and tee shirts .. no, sweaters / sweatershirts as well because it's cold here.

I liberated this only a couple of days ago from a site and am amazed at how good it is...it rotates too :D
