I actually used the 'object' today,and ruined it!

 

Part of the irrigation / watering system in your greenhouse?

 

What is the 'object'?

Clue...I had to use another part of the object today :D

I'm afraid not, it doesn't help me ... but then again I need A LOT of help as you know!

Assuming it's an outdoor item, is it the handle of a tool, garden or otherwise?

 

On the right track..ish Lady...but not just outdoor use.

 

Tongs?
Now half of a spatula? (if you've ruined it!)
A gas lighter? (but you couldn't use part of it!)
A lighter? (ditt above in parens)
Has anyone said a kettle or toaster yet?

Not a spray bottle..but certainly hand held...in most cases..
