Is it a child's toy? Can't be something for a cat again can it :confused:

 

Is it one of these animal deco items that sort of fit together? These could be cats. I have seen some here as cats, elephants, and owls. They come in 2- or 3- piece sets.

Failing that, how about a bottle opener (first pic)?

OK - I'll have my other guess which was a staple. Not like for paper, one for fences and the like. After that, I'm stumped.

 

It does look just like the 'Hooked' end of a silicone gun.
