    Yep - I'll agree with Marley Farley - it looks just like the up and down thingy on the whirly washing line.

    I've no alternative so I'm copping out........

    It now seems to be a completely different object than at the beginning ... colour has changed / shape had changed ...

    It really is easy! :D ...It would be most unusual not to have one on a plot of land...rosa might have one on her balcony,but not one as big as mine ;)

    It's not part of a hose reel is it? I know you wouldn't have needed to use one of those recently Paladin. Mind you, you wouldn't need two hands to use one.

    Is it something to do with watering?
