    Looks like the shaft was easily detachable, so for catching birds? ;)

    :cool: Here you go DAG..... :D It is a replica of a Medievil Hunting Broadhead made by Hector Cole..... :cool: A "Type 13".. I have seen Hector Cole at work, at a workshop, a few years ago now.... Absolutely transfixed by the whole process.. I expect you may have seen him on various historical programs on the TV as he is a swordsmith as well..... Amongst other things... :cool:

    Blimey MF, I think I would rather face a gun than that! Is a broadhead for any particular animal or just a general purpose weapon? :D :D

    :D This is only about 3" long.. So might prove difficult with a horse Paladin, I think would be more of a "Type 15" & probaly a swallowtail at that, for that job...!! :eek: This would have done some dreadful damage if you happened to get in it's way..!!! Although it is a hunting broadhead.... So a largish animal...!! :eek: As long as you have a good heart lung shot & you place it well, not much will run very far....... After that hit them...!!!!! ;)
