    You are correct,...that it is pictured on a window seal.
    But when in use its on the floor.

    Getting warm there Slinky.. but not really a machine. There are no moving parts.

    OK It can be a stepper amonst many other things.
    It has batteries.....

    There for the picture take. It is on the floor when we use it. About 30 mins a day. I get told off for not using it...
