    My granny used to have one Carl, you open the top and pour in half a pint of milk (full cream mind you) then leave it, if you live in say Macclesfield you get some nice Cheshire Cheese after a couple of weeks. Or you get Wensleydale if you live in the Yorkshire Dales :)
