    Lost the blinkin photo,so had to take another :rolleyes:

    The jelly mould stands as a goblet until the jelly is set,then turned upside down,the brass foot unscrews allowing air into the mould allowing it to lift off easily,leaving an intact jelly...It works,we tried it!

    Or after a closer look, could it be a cooling fan on some kind of engine. The composite construction seems unusual though.
