    Nope sorry Pal & High Kype, none of those.. It would be used indoors, complete, it stands about 12" high.. I just took the photo outside for the light.. ..

    :yho: Well Done High Kype.. Scales they are.. Saltler's Parcel Balance Scales circa 1840s... The face may have all but disappeared, but they still weigh to the correct weights...!
