    It is a 1916 Artillery Shell 3" Morter. Top cut off in the Trenches & brought home by Uncle..... It is sadly suffering a bit as it has been in the shed for years since I had the gas put in & the rust has come through here & there.! Now back in use to keep the poker & fire tools in again, as I have the Aga now..! And Loving it..! :wink::D
