    It looks like it's got some sort of membrane over it that's being sucked in by the blue thing.

    I dunno - I get the impression of looking down a cardboard tube or a roll of of brown paper..... or maybe a snail on its side.......

    Beswick china,a gift from me to my granny back in 1979ish...cost me a bomb then. She made me have it back a short while before she passed over to make sure it wasn't 'secreted' away with her other belongings!
