Mystery white seeds?

French Beans then, thats whats used to make baked beans.

 

I never knew that !!! and 10 mins boiling a french bean will render it inedible !!! I never cook mine for long because I like them crunchy, surely there would be a warning on the packet if they were toxic !!!

I know that kidney beans are toxic before cooking but a lot of beans are best nearly raw !
