One of my friends has a Sebo (upright hoover dark great in colour)and I disliked it as soon as she told me that they have those horrible paper collection bags in it and to save money she reuses the bags so it must get very messy when she empties it:scratch::yikes: I'll stick to my Dyson where I only have to use my thumb to press the button for the flap to open and then just give it a quick tap and shake to get rid of the last bits of dust.:snork:I also clean my filters and the dust drum as I call it often so it always looks as good as new:biggrin:

Yes it is so nice to talk about different subjects apart from gardening.By the way is anyone else watching Wolf Hall on the telly?:snork:

Good morning all my friends what a delightful entertaining thread this as turned out be;):blue thumb:
Who needs which magazine when I can get all these hands on reviews worth their weight in gardeners:heehee:

Well Mrs Woo in her infinite wisdom chose not to heed my sound and valued advice
She purchased a "Shark Rotator Lift away NV340uk" she is now testing it so I am off to the garden:smile:

I've got it recorded but haven't had a chance to sit and watch it (yet). I do enjoy a good historical novel and some TV adaptations can be really good - I'll have to catch up with it soon (unless, as you've watched it, you don't think it is worth the time?)

Poor Mrs Shiney she must feel lonely spending each night watching the goggle box while Mr Shiney goes galavanting off to play bridge, must be such a lonely life being a bridge widow:snork:

Woo so glad that Mrs Woo has found a hoover that she can push around all day long to her hearts content and hope she has many happy years hoovering up your moulted feathers:biggrin:

M,Wolf Hall was a bit slow in the first episode because it kept hopping backwards and forwards through time and the 4,000,000 viewers were getting a bit bored and confused but it has picked up for the better now, although last night I spent more time naming the varieties of plants, climbers and shrubs that were in the gardens that I lost the plot (scuse pun) a bit,but I am determined to educate myself a wee bit but Henry the 8th isn't as good as Henry the 8th in The Tudors, now that was a production I did enjoy:biggrin:

How do you think we've managed 50 years of happy wedded bliss? We've only seen each other a part of that time! :lunapic 130165696578242 5:
