    The last ones I bought said "The plant is meant for decorative purposes only and not fit for consumption"
    Talking about "beating about the bush", or what?

    I have seen warnings that say not to use the branches as skewers for BBQs! Why would anyone? Is that the only thing handy at the time? :eek:

    The potted pair go into the GH or polytunnel in Nov through to mid April. The one that sits out in the garden (next to a S facing wall) had no covering this last winter and suffered no damage. However the previous winter it lost a few leaves to frost even though it had a light covering of fleece. The potted pair also suffered a bit from wind chill as I moved them from the GH into an open part of the garden too early and without hardening them in a sheltered corner first.
