Might help prospective customers, in future, though?

Although I said I wouldn't buy from them again, the Pelargonium plugs I bought last April did survive Royal Mail's tossing about and eventually made good plants.
I emailed photos of their state on arrival and were immediately sent replacements, I decided to try them once more and ordered 70 Polyanthus 'ready plants' to be grown on. They arrived today and delivered by Hermes. Perhaps they listened to the many complaints by customers and switched couriers (or use both) anyway they arrived in good condition and the compost was damp which kept the plants settled unlike before, slightly flattened in the box but of decent quality, I know as I have grown thousands in the past.
I know they don't have a particularly good reputation but this time I have no complaints.

I used there parent company this year gardeningdirect.
There pelargonium plugs were ok, not as good as in previous years.
I think they merged a few years ago

I bought aubretia plants a couple of years ago and they were very poor, out of 24 only 2 ever made it to survival. They keep sending me catalogues but I won't buy from them again.
