That’s a top tip on the gas powered pizza oven. I have actually completely forgotten to add one in .

The cooking section I'm planning on having slightly lower than the bar or serving bit; I have a Weber Bbq that I picked up for a tenner and looked almost new last year. I’m planning on making a top that I can inset the bowl into and next to that have a cutout for a gas Bbq and again I’ll try to grab a 2nd hand one.
It looks as though there should be enough area for a separate ‘block’ that I can use either as a wash station of a gas fired pizza oven.
I toyed with the idea of building in a fireplace to the front of the bar and a removable chimney but have more or less ruled it out.

Leccy? Lighting? Worth thinking about early on if you need to run conduits :ideaIPB:

Good point but no electrickery planned. Lighting will be all by candle / citronella torches. Or the adjacent outdoor lights thinking about it

I should add in a pergola of some sort too. That might need solar fairy lights on it.

Eventually the greenhouse should get power back to it so I'll be able to tap into that if needed
