Hello rockpebbler. I missed you as I was having a mini break in Spain when you joined.

What a lovely photo ... it's sooooooo green ... must be all the rain you're getting there! [IMG] It's absolutely delightful and a joy to look at.

    Welcome to GC and enjoy!

    Hi mef
thanks for welcome, have put up a couple of troublesome areas on edible gardening and propergation forums, it would seem from various replies I need a jcb and remove at least 30 feet of clay and replace with soil, I cannot get rid of various spore related infections on my fruit/roses despite constant spraying so may have to content myself with an "eye candy" garden. Still...at least with all the expertise on this web site I should be able to improve my own knowledge (if they can put up with my seemingly lack of it!)
    regards

Lovely garden there RP one to be pleased with, I bet it's a joy to sit at in and catch the little bit of nice weather we have been having of late.

As with your lack of knowledge join the queue I'm always getting things wrong! :D

Beautiful garden RP. Enjoy your retirement. My husband took early retirement a number of years ago and I was so jealous that I now work from home on a part time basis. :D

I have never been happier or healthier. [IMG]

Thanks Helofadiger and manderson60, we spend just about every evening sitting watching the birds in the aviary with a glass of wine firmly stuck in hand! or, in the first pergola on the left is a hot tub which we bought on retirement and makes for a very relaxed "chill out" facility for when the wife gets back from work! (The only thing better than retirement is being a "kept" man, to be both is great!)
