Take your own, DAG! Yes, why not? IT's jsut that everyone knows what their weight is, and what they want it to be, approx, so it's as good a way of measuring progress as any. We all know that if you build up muscle it weighs more than fat - but who cares?? It's just the simplest way. So, get your tape measure out.......

Will you be posting a progress list, Dendro, since you seem to be the Person in Charge here?

Do you want me to? Not the actual figures, but the amount lost????? Up to you..... It would be better if you were in charge, though. I love other people than me to do things! :D

Sorry, ma'am, you're the teacher (was).

I don't mind, as you say, amount lost ... or gained! Measurements are personal ... to say the least and I agree with what you said about muscle vs fat.

I'm game if the other players are.

PS Also gives you a project whilst you're recovering! :D

Gee, ta! :D OK, you're on! Shall we have a special thread for it? Let's! :D We can start it on Monday..... BTW, has anyone noticed that campaign that Boots is splurging all over the place, about "Change one Thing"? Seems useful support to people who genuinely want to change something...

I always get weighed on a Friday - so much more sensible than monday as you can go to parties, pub etc drink/eat out and not be scared of monday morning as you have all week to be "good" in, having said all that - I never could be good and always put on more weight when I am on a "diet" or going to eat "sensible" I will have to do something as I have put on 1 1/2 stone this year with not having horse AAaahhhhhhhh!!!!!!!
