No problems with her claiming land.
I did that way before she came on the scene and she has to follow the border line.
This woman thinks she is a garden designer because she once planted up a garden for her friend.
This is a person who used a JCB to dig out her patio to a depth of 18" for hard core!!..I thought she intended to park a lorry there, not sit and talk sh**e while drinking Pimms !
Consideration to others has always been my yard stick...but it seems the bigger s**t house you are the better off you are.
At the end of the day..I will repair the damage she does and have a fence her brats can't breach when they need to get their ball back ;)
And what goes around ...comes around ;) :D

[IMG] Sorry to hear about your problem neighbours Paladin, but I think I might even swap them for mine. Their rubbish is piled high all around the back making that door almost unuseable - about 3 or 4 wheelie-bins full! Smells lovely when it's warm!
The previous neighbours kept the gardens very neat and tidy and we got on well with them, but they decided to move to a bungalow. The garden is now a wilderness, plants that have somehow survived are trampled on by the children and the fences are really vandalised.
    :(

That is dreadful jjordie - can't you do anything about it, won't the council help if not reasoning with them.

this thread is making me really cross, I feel out of control regarding National/World events, but my own back yard - now that is a different matter and I would defend if by whatever means to the death!

Wish it was my house Waco :D (Mind you,the windows are in perfect working order!)
1st pic shows my half rail fence and the concrete stumps behind are the kind which will replace it.
2nd pic is looking over into next door on my left side, and the blue arch is the one I gave them and built for them.
    Host of golden?...

well you can't win em all! better watch those clocks all blowing your way!

See what you mean now about fence, if it is inevitable I think I would be cutting back and covering plants to protect.

Had a chat with the woman today and it seems she was going to hand dig the post holes instead of using the auger to avoid damaging my plants. The deed will be done next Saturday when we are away in Sennen Cove,so what the eye doesn't see.....

I know its not going to make things any better Paladin, but at least it looks like its being done in a neat manner. You should see some of the rubbish people put up around here, and call it fencing.
    Your being urbanised.
