[IMG] Well Paladin, it seems she has given it a little thought.
[IMG] After seeing your photos today there seems no reason she couldn't do that bit by hand. Could that stretch of fence be left in on your side for you to take down afterwards at your leasure?? After all there is her reputation of being a "garden designer" to think of as well....!
 Then again looking at the photos again. This fence maybe a good thing if she is such a keen dandelion grower.. !! :D :D
Think that's a nice idea too Dag.... :D

I must admit the materials are top dollar...but can you see she has not levelled the gravel boards yet?..Reckon there will be gaps under them in places when she tries to do so.The cement mix will have to be cut out to allow them to sit futher down :D :D
At least this gives me the chance to weld up some high frames with climbers...Golly!..I do hope they don't block out the afternoon Sun over her plot ;)

Now then - I hear a little malice - much the same as I feel when I look at my neighbours new privacy barrier - leylandii or similar :D

Good to hear she's going to be careful of your plants - the proof will be in the doing - but not sure a fence wouldn't be an improvement on some of that aspect.

The field of dandelions is real pretty

Urbanisation will come to us all, eventually Waco, its just a matter of time.
This island is not big enough, so that is inevitable.
    Terrible thought I know. :(

I think back to when I moved in here some 25 years ago and things I did to the boundaries must have made the folk think..Hello! what have we got here!
Suppose it's best to put yourself in other folks shoes before you get too reved up.
It's the laughs in here that keeps you sane I reckon :D

Sorry to see your problem Paladin. Neighbours are so important. It is so easy to take good ones for granted. The only thing is to think of the positive aspects. She has to maintain it, you have more privacy, and think what opportunities you have for new climbers. Hopefully, if she is on the east, you do not lose much light.
