I think it's Clematis after it has flowered, I'll some more pics for you Sheal. Yes it's attached, how would the pros go about it? :)

Also, there was a flash flood yesterday. Uh oh! It's centred aroud the willow tree in the middle where everything slopes to.

Now we know why the Willow's there! Looks like you'll have to do some drainage work nFrost.

The broken pot.......I'd finish breaking it up carefully in situ, remove a lot of the old soil, place the root ball in the new pot and fill with new soil as you go mixed with some blood, fish and bone. Try not to bend the stems to much in the process or they may snap.

Sounds like the "searches" were not quite as thorough as they should be?

Yeh, that was my question too, but I assumed I was being thick and thus I didn't ask it!

I'm sure Zigs will be along to clarify, but, I took it to mean these pictures ...

The paving is level with the damp proof course and above it (the thick black line) the wall/paint is showing damp damage. The other side of the door way I can't even see the damp proof course (although it may be there).

But, I'm a girl and have no expertise so I'm probably completely wrong :heehee:

If you want it......get it!!!! Taking apart and putting back together even a small Green House can be a :gaah:. Ask if that's safety glass or ordinary glass in there [better with the safety glass]:snork:

                      I would skip that one:

Does not appear to have any roof vents (but I could be wrong)

Owner has already started to disassemble - much better you take photos of everything and understand the structure before it is disassembled - understanding the markings the owner has put on everything may be fraught. Although its not that big, so perhaps it will be "obvious" on the re-install.

I've heard of schools erecting them, but I wonder how long they last - wouldn't the Pop Bottles have no/little UV protection?
