    Hi everyone.Been out this morning to our usual farm shop, and got stocked up with loads of organic fruit,vegetables and meat,so we will have plenty to nosh on over the coming days.

    Drove out to our favourite nursery and brought a nice Agapanthus Inapertus "Velvet Night".The label says it comes from South Africa and the colour is almost black.It will be interesting to see what it looks like when fully opened.

    It was a bit pricey at �£16.99,but hopefully will split up to eventually make a few plants,though to flower well it needs to be pot bound.

    Hope you all have had a good day.
    Had a long chat with one of my sisters on the phone and we both had a good laugh about my cat's antics with the mouse, and it's water burial.

    See you all later.Just off to see a good film "Nanny Mc Phee" with my favourite heart throb Colin Firth...Mr Darcey

    hi kandyfloss our garden center in the village has an end of season sale 40 plants, perenials and climbers, all for �£34 good bargain

    Fancy,that's a good bargain.The agapanthus we got on Saturday is just starting to open,so I am hoping to get some good photos of it.

    Rosa i love owls,what a beauty,I went to a continental Mkt in Carlisle today there was a plant & bulb stall from Holland,selling the plants very cheaply at the end,cannot resist bargains when it comes to plants.
