How about Alchemilla mollis??? Or oxalis? They're both things people spend real money on! Never understood that! Particularly A.m. - a designer plant, so how could she complain?

To all you self-employed gardeners, particularly LG, you have my sympathy particularly when this kind of thing happens but being the cowardly, employed/regular hours/regular pay/regular holiday person I am, you have my admiration and respect. I know I couldn't do it even with the job satisfaction you get. If I wore a hat i'd take it off to you. In the words of Fletcher in Porridge "don't let the B******S Grind you down". Sorry to be so crude but that's how I feel about these kind of people for what they have put you through. ;)

Like I said before - it's always these ones you remember - but there are so many nice, genuine people we work for, who really love their garden and appreciate what we do. They make it all worth while - except when this sort of thing happens. The only time it happened to me so far - I decided I didn't want to go down that road, and mad a mental note to self - "Remember the nice ones!!" It may not make commercial sense - but it keeps me sane (Almost!!!) :D
