Indeed! What a thoughtful cat...how did it know it was a special occasion? :D

 

One week last year I had THREE presents from Millou (one of the cats I look after in the summmer - long-haired white tom - well, ex-tom). One evening I heard an absolutely ear-shredding meow-ow-ow-OW_OW! And it was Millou, proudly showing off his prey...a mouse, which he then proceeded to eat.
He was so delighted with his success that he repeated the performance the day after, and the day after that.

 

At least your cats don't bring home other cats looking for a soft touch!
