    I didn't even realise Blockbusters still existed, for some reason I thought they had closed down years ago, I'm ceratin our local store did. I'm sorry for the staff losing their jobs, but no-one is bothered about renting DVDs any more.

    Agreed: they have to move with the times, diversify or ... liquidate. The question begs to be asked though, what was their management "thinking"!? :dunno: Even a company which specialises needs a management team which is a) au fait with current trends, b) open minded and on the ball with latest developments/technology and c) can keep their accounts in order! Blockbuster *could* have been ahead of the game in this regard if they had the forethought; if not ahead, then at least on par!
