I think she left about two years ago, I remember having conversations with her about the Stranglers. Nice lady but then you all are on here.:cat-kittyandsmiley:

Greece are considering banning the "all inclusive holiday" so folk spend money in more places than just the hotels they are staying in. But the "all inclusive" with its predictable costs are what draws many to go there in the first place.

We were advised by a travel consultant in the CoOp to go all inclusive because the cost of eating out is huge now !

But with all the carry on over there we will just go elsewhere this year..

No need for anyone to go abroad as there is more than enough beautiful scenery and stunning coastlines to explore to last us all a lifetime and if like me you pick the right dates then you are more than likely to spend the holiday in shorts and T Shirts and will go home less stressed and with a nice suntan and no jelly belly:snork:

We are doing a week in a Holiday let house in Hayle, Cornwall then Plymouth to Roscoff on the o'night boat, a week in 2 different hotels in southern Brittany and home via Cherbourg to Portsmouth early evening ferry. No airports ...:yay:

Lovely beach in Hayle Jenny, love that part of the world loads of spectacular cliff top walks along a magical coastline.
Really envious, hope you really enjoy your holiday!
As for supporting Greece, just had a tooth filling from a Greek dentist, who is sending money home! Painless but not the best way to support Greece !
