You just Google 'british smiley', in Google Images, then click on the pic which you like, then full size image and then copy the URL and click on 'insert/edit image' icon, then paste the URL. Sounds longer than it actually takes

I like this one too [IMG]

Alternatively you could just copy the image from mine into another post.

We have indeed. The pressure on Jess in particular must have been immense, as she was set up as the face of the Olympics very early on - that publicity alone must have added an extra layer of pressure on her, but to her credit she has thrived on it.

Well I am sure you can't pinch an inch on Jessica ! Well done team GB [IMG]

This site shows the Olympic medal history , if you flick through it with the big arrow on the right or the bar at the bottom . Up to Beijing we have not been in the top seven for medals since 1928 , when Shiney competed in the welly throwing event .

I couldn't smile for blubbing when Mo Farrah's little daughter and mum to be were allowed to come down onto the track to hug dad and hand over a victory flag.
That was SO perfect and well done the track officials who let it happen. Little things like this have made this Olympic 2012 so very special and so very, very British,

What a night THAT was last night!!! I've never seen anything like it. All that emotion, the crowd, the drama, the setting. I was totally immersed in the whole thing. Even the wife, who isn't a sports fan, was right into it. I have to admit, it brought a tear to my eye. Absolutely brilliant.....

Well after the polital mish mash of the last few years and the double recession we needed something to lift our spirits and make us proud to be British again and these Olympic results are just what the doctor ordered. Well done to all our lovely athletes!:wub2:[IMG]

Another gold thanks to Ben Ainslie [IMG]

Silver and bronze in the mens pommel horse (such a shame Louis didn't get gold - couldn't have been closer!).:dancy:

And GOLD for Andy Murray [IMG] (so chuffed for him after the Wimbledon final - he said this was the biggest win of his life).

                    They just keep coming! [IMG]

I must admit I couldn't watch the tennis. I couldn't bear it if he lost after how emotional he was at losing in the Wimbledon final. He's up next in the mixed doubles final - hope he's got plenty of energy left!

The post office in Onchan (pronounced Onkern) here on the island have re-painted their post box in honour of resident Peter Kennaugh (pronounced Kenyerk), gold medallist. :)
