    Don't think it's a cap, could be some sort of seal, just noticed numbers stamped into it :yikes:

        Walked into that one :doh:

        Think brass would be a bit expensive for a throw away cap, wondering if its part of some munitions, they practiced the D Day landings on Burton Cliff.
