Good evening @lost_in_france yes a" For your Eyes Only" Rose of the year 2015:smile:

                  ChEweyesup
Bred by Christopher H. Warner (United Kingdom, before 2014).
                  Hybrid Hulthemia persica.
Salmon-pink, apricot shading, darker center, ages to lavender . Single (4-8 petals) bloom form.
Height of up to 3' (up to 90 cm).

Generally people are looking for "doubles" or "very full" roses, meaning between 20-100 petals per flower. For Your Eyes Only is an Arabian, "desert rose". It only has a single layer of 5 petals - desert roses are always like this as there is less water available. This means that although it has achieved critical success, it probably won't be a winner with the public.

Thanks Woo. I normally do go for the very full petalled hybrid tea roses but I just love this one. It's so delicate and beautiful.

It absolutely is to everyone else's standard and very lovely. Post a pic again when it's fully opened and I'm sure @wiseowl or one of the other rose experts will help to identify it

Oh I forgot :) I think it's a climbing rose, when we move in it was in an a terrible state, hanging off the trellis and all on the ground looking very sad, so I had to chop (sorry @wiseowl) prune a lot of dead away not really knowing what I was doing and I'm so pleased it has come back :spinning:, just need advice now on how to train it up the new to be trellis this week :blue thumb:
